1. The product

ShotPad is a browser extension for capturing and annotating screenshots. The free version is available on the Chrome Web Store. ShotPad Pro is a one-time software licence (a digital product) that unlocks additional features in the extension. It is not a subscription and not a service.

2. Purchase and delivery

Pro is sold for a one-time price shown on this site. Payments are processed by Dodo Payments as merchant of record. A licence key is generated and emailed to you automatically at the moment of purchase; you activate it in the extension's settings. Delivery is instant and fully automated.

3. Licence

• One licence is for one person and may be active on up to 3 browsers at a time. Deactivating a browser frees a slot.
• The licence does not expire. It includes all updates released within 12 months of purchase; later updates may require a discounted renewal.
• You may not share, resell, publish or circumvent licence keys. Keys found in public or used in breach of these terms may be disabled.

4. Refunds

5. Privacy

ShotPad processes screenshots entirely on your device and collects no personal data. See the Privacy Policy.

6. Acceptable use

You are responsible for what you capture and share. Do not use ShotPad to infringe others' rights or to capture content you are not permitted to record.

7. Warranty and liability

The software is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to ShotPad is limited to the amount you paid for it.

8. Changes

We may update these terms; the date above will change. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
